Beginning her career in photography, her attention to detail and sense of composition quickly led to opportunities in film, production design, wardrobe styling, interior design, and location scouting—disciplines that sharpened her ability to execute in the fast paced world of live productions with ‘done-yesterday’ build times.

For over 14 years, Erika has designed corporate spaces and leadership retreats, destination events, luxury weddings, and high-end masterminds. Since 2021, she has served as team lead for large-scale corporate conferences, managing logistics, budgets, vendors, and creative execution from concept to completion.
